Studyism is operated by Moonveil AI Inc. In these terms, “Studyism,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moonveil AI Inc. and the Studyism service.Using Studyism
You may use Studyism only if you can legally agree to these terms. Studyism is not intended for children under 13. If you use Studyism on behalf of a school, organization, or company, you represent that you have authority to do so.Early access and beta features
Some Studyism features may be prototypes, product previews, waitlist features, or beta releases. They may change, break, disappear, or produce incomplete results. We may limit access, change features, or stop offering parts of the service at any time.Accounts and connected services
Studyism may let you connect services such as Google Calendar, Canvas, or other school tools. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and share any information you provide. Google Calendar access is read-only in the current product: Studyism can import calendars and events you select but cannot edit them in Google. You can disconnect through Studyism or revoke third-party access through the provider. Synchronization can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable, so verify important dates with the source service.Your content
You keep ownership of the materials you upload or connect, such as notes, assignments, syllabi, files, calendar data, and study goals. You give Studyism permission to use that content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, content that violates someone else’s rights, or highly sensitive information that is not needed for Studyism to work.AI output and study guidance
Studyism may use AI to summarize assignments, generate study plans, suggest priorities, create practice questions, and identify possible weak spots. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misunderstood. You are responsible for checking important details, including due dates, grading rules, instructions, academic-integrity policies, and school requirements.Studyism does not guarantee grades, admissions outcomes, scholarships, academic standing, or any specific educational result.Academic integrity
Studyism is meant to help you learn, plan, and practice. You agree not to use Studyism to cheat, plagiarize, impersonate another person, or violate your school’s academic-integrity rules.Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt Studyism.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Do not try to access accounts, files, or systems without permission.
- Do not use Studyism to create deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
Studyism property
Studyism, including its design, software, brand, logos, text, and product experience, belongs to Moonveil AI Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of Studyism’s intellectual property.Payments
Some features may eventually require payment. If paid plans are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details will be shown before you purchase.Third-party services
Studyism may rely on or link to services such as Tally, Google Analytics, PostHog, Vercel, Canvas, Google Calendar, or other integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Canvas and Google Calendar are trademarks of their respective owners; Studyism is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instructure or Google.Ending access
We may suspend or end access to Studyism if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used Studyism in a way that could harm other people.Disclaimers
Studyism is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moonveil AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or academic outcomes.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Studyism changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or posting a notice on the website.
